If you are interested in being part of a dynamic company culture where you can apply your technical skills to help others in a hands-on & fast-paced environment, Venterra has an excellent property management career opportunity for you as a full-time HVAC Certified Make Ready Technician for Republic Park Vista in Fort Worth, Texas.
This role will require EPA Universal or Type II HVAC certification, rotating on-call availability and effective verbal communication skills with residents and team members. While maintenance knowledge is important, no experience within the multi-family industry is required for this position.
Venterra Make Ready Technicians enjoy competitive hourly pay 10% performance-based bonus, paid out quarterly.
Our HVAC Certified Make Ready Technicians are responsible for ensuring that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to "make ready" status, preparing the apartment for new residents in a timely manner. They may also complete various service requests as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
