This role will require rotating on-call availability , effective verbal communication skills with residents and team members. While maintenance knowledge is important, no experience within the multi-family industry is required for this position.
Venterra Make Ready Technicians enjoy competitive hourly pay 10% performance-based bonus, paid out quarterly .
Our Make Ready Technicians are responsible for ensuring that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to "make ready" status, preparing the apartment for new residents in a timely manner utilizing a work order software system . They may also complete various service requests as assigned by the Maintenance Manager that may include, but not limited to general plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and HVAC/electrical work .
