Venterra Concierge employees enjoy competitive hourly pay 10% performance-based bonus, paid out quarterly.
Our Concierge employees are responsible for assisting residents, providing excellent service in the clubhouse, monitoring clubhouse activities, ensure residents follow established rules, address resident requests with tailored solutions and recommendations, offer information on local attractions such as shopping, dining, and recreation, help organize and assist with clubhouse activities, secure the clubhouse by locking doors at the end of operating hours, and perform general office duties as needed.
Our Ideal Candidate will:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Must present a neat and professional appearance.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Dependable, trustworthy, and detail oriented.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills.
- General computer proficiency and familiarity with basic office equipment.
- Basic office skills such as faxing, typing, and filing.
