This role will require EPA Universal or Type II HVAC certification, rotating on-call availability , the ability to travel between our Orlando communities with reliable transportation and effective verbal communication skills with residents and team members.
Venterra Roving Ma intenance Technicians enjoy competitive hourly pay a performance-based bonus of up to $600 per quarter.
The ideal candidate for this role must be able to work at our properties in the Orlando region and have the flexibility to travel on short notice. This position will primarily support the Tampa, Orlando, and at times the Jacksonville regions. A reliable, working vehicle is required to accommodate travel throughout these areas.

- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Appliance Repair
- Locks & Keys
- Basic Carpentry
- Painting and Drywall Repair
- Janitorial, Grounds
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
- Excellent customer service skills are a must
- Prior experience in the facilities maintenance field
- On-call coverage for emergencies after hours, weekends, and holidays; Required as needed
- Ability to respond and remedy maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Reliable vehicle
- Travel required
