We are looking for someone to manage our team of HVAC technicians as well as our sales/support team.
The main objective of this position is to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, and management of personnel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of team personnel including Service Technicians.
- Coordination of staff to provide prompt and accurate invoicing of service contracts, repairs, and projects.
- Mentor, coach, and teach to expand the skill level of the service staff if needed.
- Provide direction to team for operational and functional duties as outlined by management.
- Review staffing requirements to meet the business plan and execute necessary personnel changes.
- Provide staff performance reviews per company guidelines; assist Human Resource Manager in maintaining accurate personnel records.
- Work with our sales team and upper management department to ensure the highest quality of success and to make certain all customers’ needs are met.
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the HVAC service industry.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must possess the ability to manage and supervise personnel, be a team leader and team player.
- Prior business experience in HVAC account management, ideally with AC companies.
- Solid computer skills with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a people-person.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow-through on client contracts.
- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.

This is a full time office (potentially hybrid) position.
