Financial Operations and Marketing Associate

We are looking for a proactive Investment Operations & Marketing Associate to support our boutique wealth management firm. This role combines marketing, client engagement, compliance, and administrative support to enhance our firm’s efficiency and outreach. Experience in finance industry preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
• Follow up with prospects to build relationships and support the client onboarding process.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials for seminars, while also coordinating logistics and attending events to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist with compliance tasks, policy implementation, and maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with preparation of performance reports, as well as tracking pipeline business.
• Provide one-on-one administrative support to the CEO, including drafting letters, emails, and financial action items for clients.
• Maintain CRM databases and coordinate with third-party vendors.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2 years of experience in the finance industry.
• 2 years of experience in marketing, operations, or admin roles.
• Strong knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and website management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and CRM software.
• Excellent organization, communication, typing, and multitasking skills.
