What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Grounds - PEP position at Ventron Management LLC?
Groundskeeper
Maintain the lawns, bushes and trees of housing facilities to ensure their eye appeal. They also perform minor repairs, such as fixing fences and maintaining sidewalks. Most use power tools, like lawn mowers or leaf blowers, to ensure the property is well-maintained.
Maintains all physical aspects of the community by maintaining the grounds of the property.
Responsible for daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds which includes but are not limited to:
- Cleaning and removing of trash/litter and maintaining appropriate curb appeal as assigned by Property Manager.
- Spread salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup during winter months.
- Clean leaves and trash from pool, organize pool furniture and keep area neat.
- Pressure wash as instructed.
- Paint curbs and other items as instructed.
- Post notices as instructed.
- Clean and check dog stations.Keep property lines clean and clear of trash

- 8 hour shift
