Vents-US is hiring Inside Sales Reps to work from its Cincinnati, OH headquarters.
Is this you? … We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives who will receive excellent guidance and support while enjoying the freedom to show us how you earn your clients’ business. You will network with our extensive client base while building your own portfolio.
Blauberg Motoren produces a wide range of motors and fans with EC and AC technology for clients all around the world. We are looking for an export sales manager who will be responsible for developing international sales of our products. The main duties of a B2B export manager include identifying and developing new markets, negotiating contracts and pricing, building and maintaining relationships with customers, coordinating logistics and shipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
· Meet sales targets
· Identify and attract potential customers
· Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients
· Develop, implement and report on sales plans and strategies to achieve the company's business goals on the global market
· Preparation and agreeing of sales contracts and keeping records of customers in the CRM system
· Develop and maintain technical knowledge of the product or service to explain features to customers and answer questions about products or services
· Analyze markets and competitors’ activities, and understand ongoing trends on the global market
· Preparation and participation in exhibitions
The main duties of a B2B export manager include identifying and developing new markets, negotiating contracts and pricing, building and maintaining relationships with customers, coordinating logistics and shipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of international trade regulations, and proficiency in foreign languages. Additionally, a successful B2B export manager should be able to work independently, be self-motivated, and have a results-driven approach to business.
