Essential Functions As An Entry Level Direct Marketing & Sales Assistant :
- Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to consistently provide World-Class Service
- Innovate new ways to enhance and redefine the approach needed to expand sales revenue
- Meet with new and prospective customer base directly
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with entry-level sales and marketing team
- Ensure customer expectations are achieved by providing outstanding customer service
- Answer questions related to the field day-to-day from the sales team and manage requests for special reports and sales tracking information
- Manage designated territories efficiently
