Ventura Law, an established (founded in 1957) and growing law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to work in our Danbury, Connecticut office. We are seeking highly motivated recent law school graduates who exemplify our core values. The Associate Attorney will be trained in basic litigation and civil practice. Duties will include assisting with intakes for mass torts and personal injury cases and assisting with personal injury pre-litigation cases.
Candidates should be admitted to the Bar in CT. Admission to NY Bar a plus. Candidates must have excellent writing skills and be dependable, detail-oriented, accomplishment-driven and have a desire to help others. Candidates with bilingual skills (Spanish and/or Portuguese) are preferred. Generous insurance and PTO benefit package includes 3% employer-funded 401(k) contributions. Salary will be commensurate with experience. This is an on-site position with hybrid potential.

Job responsibilities will include:
- Case intake;
- Handling and managing files from inception through close of a case;
- Efficiently meeting and retaining clients promptly;
- Effectively communicating with insurance representatives;
- Assisting with depositions, mediations, arbitrations, pre-trials, and settlement conferences;
- Conducting legal research; and
- Preparing clients for depositions and IMEs
