Schedule: Sunday 3p-11p, Mon-Thurs 9a-5p
Full Time: 40 hours
Pay Rate: $23.50 - $25.00/hour- Paid Training and Orientation!

The Residential House Manager (RHM) is responsible for the supervision of all Direct Support Professionals working in their program, the health and safety of persons served, and the day-to-day operations of the residential site. The ARHM is responsible for advocating for and supporting adults 22 and over with intellectual and developmental disabilities by empowering them to be as active in their lives as they can.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
• Supervision of all Direct Care staff
• Development and implementation of all ISP’s (Individualized Support Plans)
• Oversee house operations and services
• Ensure a “home-like” environment for the individuals living in the program
• Knowledge, adherence, and implementation of the Agency policies
• Ensure the program maintains the standard outline in the DDS Mission Statement
• Ensures ongoing communication with parents, guardians, day programs, physicians, pharmacist, program directors, and funding sources.
• Coaches, trains, and develops high-performing work teams.
• Ability to advocate and establish rapport with the disabled population, their families, co-workers, and service providers.
Additional administrative, supervisory, and person-served responsibilities.
Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. Degree preferred with one year experience in human services
- Must be 21 years old, have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required) and be available by telephone for daily contact.
