- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
- Assist in screening resumes and applications
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Conduct employee orientation sessions
- Assist in employee evaluation processes
- Maintain candidate databases (e.g., iCIMS, Workday)
- Support lead generation activities for talent acquisition
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Kronos, UltiPro, and Salesforce for recruitment tasks
- Contribute to talent management initiatives
Skills:
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software like iCIMS, Workday, and UltiPro
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Kronos and Salesforce
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in employee evaluation, orientation, or lead generation is a plus
