Second Shift Production Manager

Our client is searching for a Production Supervisor to oversee their 2nd shift manufacturing operations.
This position requires a self-starter with an analytical mind and solid computer skills. The successful candidate should be well-versed in Total Quality Management including Root Cause Analysis and will collaborate with planning, purchasing, maintenance and warehouse to ensure production goals are met.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
- 5 yrs. manufacturing / production supervisory experience which includes P & L
- Strong mechanical / maintenance background
- Prefer experience in food / beverage or pharma industry
- Computer literate with proficiency in Excel
- Must have ERP experience and familiarity with requirements planning processes
- Availability to work 10 or 12 hour afternoon / overnight shifts
- Ability to sit, stand and move about the facility, occasionally lift >
20 pounds.
