We’re looking for a talented and creative Video Production Intern to join our Nashville-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in music-focused video production, working directly with artists and contributing to projects from concept to execution.
As an intern, you’ll assist with video shoots, post-production, and editing, helping bring artists’ stories to life through engaging visual content. While this role offers valuable learning opportunities, we’re seeking candidates who already have some experience with videography and video editing and are eager to refine their skills in a professional setting. A strong passion for music and a keen eye for compelling visuals are a must.
This three-month internship has the potential to grow into a full-time role, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to build a career in music video production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning video shoots, including pre-production organization
- Participate in video shoots with artists, assisting with on-site production and ensuring creative vision is achieved
- Help with file organization and management for efficient workflow
- Edit video content with a focus on storytelling and engagement
- Learn and perform color correction and basic post-production enhancements
- Provide general support to the video production team as needed
Requirements:
- Experience with video production, including shooting, editing, and on-site assistance
- Some experience operating DSLR or cine cameras
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Premiere Pro
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve and After Effects are a bonus, but not required
- Strong portfolio showcasing your video work
- Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback to refine designs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
- Passion for music and a deep understanding of the music industry is a plus
This position is Nashville-based. We are not looking for remote candidates.
