Litigation Attorney

A small law firm in Seattle/Silicon Valley specializing in corporate and commercial litigation practices serving technology companies in Silicon Valley and Asia is seeking a litigation associate with substantial exposure to corporate practice. We are located in Seattle and Mountain View, CA.

This is an unique position in which you will be exposed to both litigation practice and corporate practice.

Attorneys with California litigation experiences are encouraged to apply.

We are seeking an associate attorney with 3-7 years of experience. Responsibilities include:

· Manage and litigate commercial litigation cases;

· Drafting and negotiating venture financing documents;

· Drafting and negotiating merger and acquisition documents;

· Drafting and negotiating distribution, licensing and other commercial agreements;

· Overall general corporate practice;

General Requirements

· JD degree;

· Washington or California Bar Membership;

· Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking;

· Hard-working, well-organized and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure;

· Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamic and highly team-oriented;

· Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters;

· Superior English language writing and oral communication skills;

· Commitment to professionalism and collegiality.
