Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong clerical abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing various reports, assisting AR & AP duties, and performing various office tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives, handling various tasks as needed.
- Assist with front desk operations & greeting visitors.
- Maintain organized office management systems to ensure efficiency in daily operations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred, but we are willing to train.
- Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
