Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate hotel staff across various departments, promoting teamwork and professional development.
- Manage guest relations, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly to enhance the overall experience.
- Implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the human resources department to recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with guests, vendors, and local businesses to enhance the hotel's reputation in the community.
- Monitor financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to identify areas for improvement.
- Comply with Franchise Brand Requirements
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of guest services principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and customer service.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with revenue management techniques and hospitality software systems is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong guest relations while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Oracle OperaCloud is a plus.
