Venture Search is partnering with a high-performing and fast-growing US-based prop house looking to make several new growth hires throughout 2025. The firm is strategy agnostic, trading anything from discretionary to fully systematic, and everything in between. They are looking for experienced Traders or Portfolio Managers who can bring an existing strategy and hit the ground running, at one of their New York of Chicago offices.

The Ideal Candidate
- Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of Fixed-income strategies
- Demonstrate a proven track record of 3 years, with consistent PnL returns and a Sharpe ratio of over 3.
- Possess a deep understanding and passion for financial markets, particularly in Fixed Income
- Hold a strong academic background from a top-tier university
- Permanent residence or a valid US work visa
- English fluency
