What are the responsibilities and job description for the Investment Analyst/Associate - Private Credit position at Venture Search?
Venture Search is partnered with a top investment firm, which has been around for 20 years. They cover both private and public market strategies and, as part of their continued growth, are looking for multiple candidates to join their investment team, focusing on private credit strategies.
Candidates with more experience are welcome to apply for a more senior level.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members on private credit investments across the existing portfolio and pipeline.
- Underwrite individual credits and pools.
- Manage pipeline and portfolio systems.
- Conduct research on specific investment themes.
- Support existing funds and investor-facing teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree with a strong GPA (or equivalent)
- 2-4 years of investment or financial experience with experience in credit investing or underwriting. Candidates who have a background in Strategy from a Big 4 will also be considered.
- Candidates must have previous private credit experience to be considered.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
