Role Description for Customer Service Representative (Bilingual - Spanish a plus)
As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with clients and creditors via phone calls, chats, emails and portal communication assisting them with their questions and providing solutions to any problems they may encounter.
What To Expect
- Processing caller requests.
- Helping callers understand account information.
- Providing issue resolution.
- Send educational material that are responsive to our callers' needs.
- Resolves all follow-up items, including issues related to delinquencies, payoffs and refunds.
- Resolve creditor & or caller inquiries by making outbound calls.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Handle Customer Service issues for clients.
- Paid Training
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong people skills and be able to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English orally and in written form
- Knowledge and use of PC Systems and MS Office applications is a must
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated, willingness to constantly improve
- Attention to detail and be able to multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis
- This position is in office
