  • Position Summary

The Venture Connect Sales Representative is a key driver of the company’s revenue and growth, focusing exclusively on securing new business. This role demands a highly skilled and tenacious sales professional who thrives in identifying decision-makers, setting up impactful meetings, and closing new contracts. The ideal candidate excels in building and maintaining a large pipeline, skilled in consultative selling, demonstrates a hunter mentality, and has the capability to ensure the sustainability and growth of accounts they secure.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Acquisition :

  • Identify and target high-value prospects, focusing on decision-makers to accelerate deal closure.
  • Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to build a strong pipeline of potential new clients.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand customer challenges and present tailored solutions.
  • Close new contracts through effective negotiation and delivery of compelling value propositions.
  • Account Sustainability and Growth :

  • Ensure a seamless transition of new accounts into the company’s operations, aligning with client expectations.
  • Foster strong relationships with newly acquired clients to build trust and maximize account potential.
  • Explore opportunities to expand services and revenue within accounts brought into the company.
  • Strategic Sales Execution :

  • Create and implement pricing strategies, service offerings, and presentation plans tailored to each prospect.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning proposals and address client needs during the sales process.
  • Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics using CRM.
  • Provide consistent follow-up with prospects and clients, ensuring a high level of communication and responsiveness.
  • Requirements : Required Skills

  • Consultative Selling : Proficient in uncovering client needs and delivering tailored, value-driven solutions.
  • Negotiation : Demonstrated expertise in closing deals and securing long-term contracts.
  • Communication and Follow-Up : Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to maintain high levels of follow-up to drive engagement and close deals.
  • CRM Proficiency : Experience using Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) for prospect tracking, pipeline management, and performance monitoring.
  • Time Management : Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive decision-making.
  • Education :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
