As a Home Match Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact—cold calling potential sellers, identifying motivated leads, and connecting them with the right solutions. Your success is directly tied to your hustle, skill, and ability to generate deals. The more deals you help create, the more you earn!

What You’ll Do Cold Calling & Lead Generation
- Make high-volume outbound calls to homeowners who might be interested in selling.
- Identify sellers facing relocation, foreclosure, tax liens, inherited properties, tired landlords, and more.
- Gather critical details like home condition, motivation, timeline, and asking price.
Educate & Build Rapport
- Explain VenturePro’s unique selling solutions
- Help sellers understand their options and guide them toward the best decision.
- Build trust and long-term relationships—you’re not just selling, you’re providing solutions.
Qualify & Pass Leads to the Sales Team
- Determine if a seller is a fit for our investment team, a buyer, or an MLS listing.
- Ensure a smooth handoff by documenting key details in our CRM.
- Follow up relentlessly to keep leads engaged and deals moving forward.
