What You’ll DoOutreach & Relationship Building
- Connect with homeowners looking to downsize due to life transitions, retirement, or estate planning.
- Conduct daily prospecting through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Build trust with seniors and their families by offering expert guidance on selling options.
- Leverage a fully built-out CRM system with pre-qualified leads—no need to generate your own.
- Schedule in-person or phone consultations to assess needs and property details.
Consultative Selling & Problem Solving
- Educate sellers on their best options.
- Walk homeowners through the process of selling with minimal stress, handling logistics, timelines, and next steps.
- Assess property condition and market value using Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs).
- Offer tailored solutions to ensure a smooth transition to a smaller home, senior living, or a family move.
Transaction Management & Closing Support
- Guide homeowners through the selling process with clear, empathetic communication.
- Coordinate with family members, estate planners, and senior living advisors when needed.
- Work with title companies, buyers, and internal teams to ensure seamless closings.
- Follow up with past clients to provide additional support and generate referrals.

Requirements
- Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one.

- Strong ability to guide conversations with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in outbound prospecting, direct outreach, or relationship-based selling is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
