What You’ll Do
Seller Prospecting & Outreach
- Conduct daily cold calls and follow-ups to identify motivated sellers.
- Leverage a fully built-out CRM — prospects are provided.
- Engage in consultative sales conversations, uncovering seller pain points and goals.
- Set up in-person or phone appointments for property evaluations.
Consultative Selling & Deal Qualification
- Educate landlords on their selling options, including traditional listings, off-market sales, and non-traditional financing.
- Conduct property intake by gathering details, analyzing numbers, and assessing condition.
- Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and other valuable resources for client decision making.
- Strategize offers and present solutions that align with seller goals.
Transaction Management & Closing Support
- Guide sellers through the entire sales process with clear communication.
- Work with title companies, buyers, and internal teams to ensure seamless transactions.
- Follow up with past clients to generate referrals and repeat business.

Requirements
- Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
- Sales experience in real estate, inside sales, outbound prospecting, door-to-door sales or a related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to think on the fly and think strategically but quickly.
- Ability to analyze properties methodically and strategically, often times outside of the box/norm.
- Experience in outbound prospecting, door knocking, or business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales is a plus.
