What You’ll Do:
Seller Prospecting & Outreach:
- Engage directly with property owners via cold calling, warm leads, and strategic follow-ups to identify motivated sellers.
- Leverage a fully built-out CRM system with leads ready for prospecting—no need to generate your own!
- Conduct daily outreach and lead follow-ups to assess seller needs, timelines, and motivations.
- Build rapport and trust with sellers, uncovering their pain points and goals.
- Schedule appointments for in-depth property discussions and evaluations.
Consultative Selling & Deal Qualification:
- Educate sellers on their options, including traditional listings, off-market sales, and creative selling solutions.
- Conduct property and seller intake: gather essential details, walk the property (if necessary), and take photos.
- Analyze property value by creating Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and Seller Net Sheets.
- Work with the team to determine the best pricing and offer strategy based on the seller’s needs.
- Ensure full alignment between seller goals and the recommended sales strategy.
Transaction Management & Closing Support:
- Guide sellers through the entire sales process, ensuring clear communication and a smooth transaction.
- Coordinate with title companies, lenders, buyers, and internal teams to facilitate a seamless closing experience.
- Follow up with sellers post-sale to maintain relationships and generate referrals.

Requirements

- Experience in cold calling, door-knocking, or inside sales is a major plus!
