What You’ll Do
Outreach & Homeowner Support
- Contact homeowners who need guidance on selling options.
- Conduct daily outbound prospecing, follow-ups, and strategic outreach to identify homeowners in distress.
- Leverage a fully built-out CRM
- Build trust and rapport with homeowners who may be overwhelmed, providing them with clear options.
- Schedule in-person or virtual consultations to discuss possible solutions for their property.
Consultative Selling & Problem Solving
- Help homeowners understand how selling could be a strong option.
- Educate sellers on our available solutions.
- Work with lenders, attorneys, and title companies to navigate complex financial and legal challenges.
- Assess property values using Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to create a realistic sales strategy.
Transaction Management & Closing Support
- Guide homeowners through every step of the sales process, ensuring clear communication.
- Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and title companies.
- Work with buyers, investors, and internal teams to expedite sales and avoid deadlines.
- Follow up with homeowners post-sale to provide continued support and generate referrals.

Requirements
- Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
- Experience in real estate sales, technical sales, b2b sales and loan servicing is a plus.
- Strong ability to handle objections and explain complex financial solutions to sellers.
- Background in sales, consulting, financial advising, or legal services is beneficial.
- Experience in outbound prospecting, direct outreach, or relationship-based selling is preferred.
