As a Strategic Alliances Manager, your focus will be on building relationships with real estate agents and brokerages in your local market. You’ll show them how partnering with VenturePro can help them close more deals, serve their clients better, and expand their opportunities beyond the MLS.
This role is all about networking, educating, and forming strong agent-to-agent partnerships. If you’re a real estate pro who loves collaboration and creative deal-making, this is the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Do
Build & Strengthen Agent Relationships
- Connect with real estate agents and brokerages who come across off-market or hard-to-sell properties.
- Educate agents on how VenturePro provides sellers with more selling options beyond just a traditional MLS listing.
- Position VenturePro as a valuable resource when agents need solutions for sellers facing relocations, foreclosures, inherited properties, and more.
- Attend brokerage meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings to increase VenturePro’s presence.
Create Win-Win Partnerships
- Develop referral programs and joint opportunities that benefit both VenturePro and partner agents.
- Provide training and resources to help agents identify off-market opportunities.
- Collaborate with agents on co-marketing efforts, social media campaigns, and workshops to drive mutual success.
Manage Referrals & Transactions
- Serve as the first point of contact when an agent refers a property to VenturePro.
- Collect key details on the property and seller’s situation, ensuring a smooth handoff to the acquisitions or listing team.
- Track agent engagement, referrals, and results in a CRM system to maintain strong relationships.
- Follow up with partner agents regularly to keep the connection strong and encourage future referrals.

What You Need
- A real estate license.
- Experience as an agent, broker, or in real estate business development.
