As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you’ll be the face of VenturePro in the business world—building relationships with real estate agents, brokers, attorneys, lenders, estate sale companies, and more. Your goal? Expand our professional network, drive referrals, and position VenturePro as the go-to solution for sellers who need alternatives to traditional listings.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Build & Strengthen Key Partnerships
- Connect with professionals like attorneys, financial advisors, lenders, and title companies who work with property owners in transition.
- Educate them on how VenturePro helps sellers with fast, creative, and discreet real estate solutions.
- Become the go-to expert when their clients need an alternative to listing on the MLS.
- Represent VenturePro at networking events, conferences, and community gatherings.
🔹 Co-Marketing & Growth Strategies
- Work with partners on co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and events that help both sides generate more business.
- Use social media and content marketing to showcase success stories and partnership wins.
- Develop referral agreements and strategic collaborations that create a win-win for everyone.
🔹 Seller & Partner Engagement
- Be the first point of contact when a partner refers a seller—gathering initial details and connecting them with the right VenturePro expert.
- Keep track of referrals and partnerships in our CRM system to ensure smooth follow-up.
- Regularly check in with partners to keep relationships strong and active.
