Job Description
Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 5 Years (minimum)
Technical/ Managerial Skills :
• Knowledge in the Aircraft Maintenance / MRO domain
•Specific experience in Airline supply chain modules like Procurement, Inventory management, Material planning and Stores/Logistics will be an added advantage.
•Experience in requirements gathering and high level solution definition for new System Requirements.
•Experience in Domain Driven Design and Modelling using UML
• Ability to visualize the business process from a system perspective and transform the requirements to Solution Design
• Ability to gather nonfunctional requirements of the business requirement
•Ability to interact with Architect & Development team and communicate the business problem using business process diagram etc.
• Must have handled Airline MRO software Related Activities like Sceptre
• Must have performed Business analysis (as a dedicated BA) role in prior engagements for atleast 5 yrs

•Good communication and analytical skills
• This role requires the person to hand-hold the business users and help them define requirements
• Conduct JAD sessions and training sessions to users
• Understanding the Business requirements and documenting use cases
• Assist in test cases coverage
• Assist in defining data requirements
• Articulate and explain the use cases to technical team
