Job Description:-
Required Technical Skill Set:- Map Reduce, Java, Hive, Pig, Sqoop, Hbase, Ignite, Gridgain, Linux, Git
Desired IT Experience Range:- 4 - 6 Yrs.
Relevant Hadoop Experience :- 2-3 Yrs.
Must-Have:-
· Map reduce programming
· Hive Query Language with performance aspects
· Pig, Sqoop, UDF’s
· Hbase Application development and design
· Memory caching layer (Apache Ignite, GridGain)
· Java Coding Knowledge
· Linux Shell Scripting
Good-to-Have:-
Good to have knowledge in the below Skillset:
· Kafka
· Storm
· Accumblo
· Shark and Spark
· Data warehouse & Telecom understanding
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :-
· Develop enterprise applications using agile methodology.
· Create database objects to support components
· Write Unit Test Cases
· Identify functional test scenarios in line with business objectives.
· Support testing efforts and Support documentation efforts
· Understand and consume application requirements and use cases
· Design and document technical solution strategies and architectures fulfilling complex business requirements
