Title: Hardware Validation Engineer / Electrical Verification & Validation Engineer
Location: Bothell, WA

Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities
· Support product verification through development, manufacturing, and into continuation - providing technical support and leadership on a cross-functional team
· Perform verification tests and conduct analysis of the test results to ensure complete verification of the requirements
· Hands-on testing of electrical components / hardware within medical devices domain
· Use standard lab equipment to complete test activities on a regular basis: oscilloscope, signal generator, spectrum analyzer, voltmeters, etc
· Define, document, and continuously improve verification tests - conduct peer reviews and maintain traceability to requirements
· Identify, analyze, own and drive technical issues to resolution
· Participate in reviews of documents related to testing and design, as well as reviews of requirements
· Proactively drive process improvements
· Work with little to no supervision as SME with cross-functional team located onsite and remote
Required Skills & Abilities
· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
· Five (5) or more years of experience in product development environment
· Five (5) or more years of Medical Device industry experience - or experience in another heavily regulated industry such as Aerospace, Avionics, or Automotive
· Experienced in performing statistical analysis and related activities
· Experienced in regulatory standard compliance: 13485, 14971, 62304 is strongly preferred
· Experienced using standard lab equipment to complete testing, verification, and validation activities
· Experienced in R&D phase of project, product development, and product design
· Knowledge of circuit design fundamentals
· Knowledge of circuit testing procedures
· Ability to perform troubleshooting and problem-solving activities
· Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional team located onsite and remote
· Ability to work with minimal guidance and regularly report progress
