Primary Skills:
Microstrategy Architect/Designer, Ext JS
Java - J2EE/ Servlets/JSP, Spring
JavaScript / DHTML/ AJAX, HTML
Web Services, Spring
Hands on Architect/technical lead role who will design and implement high level architecture into low level design
Mentor/guide the developers to resolve issues
Ability to design solutions independently based on high level architecture
Ability to learn & implement in Hadoop eco system
Ability to use design patterns , suggest good tools , frameworks
Integrate Client Web solutions with Server frameworks
Desirable Technical Skills : Hadoop, Java, SQL
Mandatory Functional Skills
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills Demonstrated ability to influence and consult providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought eadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or
technical problems
Desirable Functional skills : Retail/CPG
