1. Strong Knowledge of Networking Topology
2. Strong Knowledge of TCP/IP
3. Strong Knowledge of Network Routing and Switching
4. Strong Knowledge of Firewall Technologies (Checkpoint, Cisco-ASA, etc….)
5. Strong Knowledge of Ticketing and Change Management Systems(ServiceNow)
