Technical Skills:
• Associate should be proficient in developing solution in SharePoint 2013
• Should be able to analyze the features in existing team site, refine and redesign if required to make the application function efficiently and make it user friendly
• Should be able to capture business requirements, develop documentation, design, develop and implement solution
• Develop functional documentation / user guide so business can manage the site
