Job Description
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
• 3 years of experience in the field of Supply Chain
• Experience in Supporting Teradata DCM
• Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis.
• Technical team coordination experience including offshore team members.
• Excellent personal communication and organizational skills.
• Retail domain knowledge is mandatory.
• Strong SQL knowledge is mandatory
Roles and responsibility
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail, and excellent time management
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving issues
• Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving issues
• Good written and oral communication
• Offshore co-ordination for production support
• Sound client service skills with a proactive approach, and take ownership of issues as they arise
• Fast learner, flexible and proven ability to work in a demanding environment with strong multi-tasking skills
• Comply to expected service levels agreed with the customer
• Interacting with the customers/business users to understand the issues/requirements and provide on time resolution
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills
• Support of Teradata DCM with complete considerations on Infrastructure capability, performance, supportability to achieve end user business results
