Job Description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Oracle Cloud ERP Transformation
Experience Required
- 10 years of experience in ERP implementation and management, with at least 3 years in Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale ERP transformation projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules (e.g., Financials, HCM, SCM).
- Understanding of system integration, data migration, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Project Leadership:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and transformation projects.
- Ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met within scope and budget.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, roadmaps, and risk registers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business leaders to understand requirements, goals, and pain points.
- Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
- Provide regular project updates to executive sponsors and stakeholders.
- Solution Design and Implementation:
- Oversee the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion ERP modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, HCM).
- Ensure best practices are followed during system configuration and customization.
- Drive process standardization and automation through Oracle Fusion capabilities.
- Change Management:
- Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate user adoption.
- Train and mentor end-users and key business teams.
- Create user guides, training materials, and support documents.
- Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify potential risks, challenges, and dependencies early in the project.
- Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Post-Implementation Support:
- Monitor system performance and ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and support teams for issue resolution and upgrades.
- Measure success metrics and provide recommendations for optimization
EPC domain will be an added advantage
