Job Description:
Experience Required: 8 years
Technical Skills
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnosing technical issues reported by customers regarding Oracle ERP modules, including data errors, system crashes, configuration problems, and integration issues.
- Customer Interaction: Responding to business inquiries via email, and ticketing systems, clearly explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Log Analysis: Reviewing system logs and error messages to identify root causes of problems.
- Configuration Management: Assisting with configuration changes within Oracle ERP modules to address specific client requirements.
- Patch Management: Applying updates and patches to Oracle ERP systems to resolve known bugs and security vulnerabilities.
- Knowledge Base Management: Contributing to the internal knowledge base by documenting solutions to common issues and best practices.
- Escalation Management: Identifying complex issues that require escalation to senior technical support engineers or development teams.
- Training and Support: Providing basic training to customers on Oracle ERP functionalities and usage.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead cross-functional teams, including workstream leads, Business Analysts, System Analysts, and Testing teams.
- Drive instructions to staff and ensure project deliverables and objectives are met.
Good to Have:
- Agile way of working, Finance/ Banking industry experience
- Certification in Oracle NetSuite ERP Consultant
- Lead cross-functional teams, including workstream leads, Business Analysts, System Analysts, and Testing teams
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years proven experience in Oracle ERP Technical consultation
- Strong oral & verbal communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Use all features of ErWin as a data modelling tool
- Demonstrate the strong understanding/experience of Finance, Banking domain/data and business scenarios
- Develop and implement reusable data framework, reference models, data modeling (operational and analytical), strategies that support business needs
- Write strong PL-SQLs by referring functionalities of Informatica jobs
- Create and use data models, Software architecture and design
