Job Description:
Experience (in Yrs): 6 years
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a SharePoint developer role using SharePoint online/O365 and SharePoint on Premise 2013/2016/2019.
- Experience in client interaction and understanding business application, business data flow and migration from SP 2010 or 2013 to 2019.
- Experience in SharePoint framework, building sites in hybrid environments, developing and administrating.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of SDLC process, performing unit testing, and packing to deploy from DEV to PROD.
- Strong knowledge of the .Net framework (C#), IIS, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint site configuration.
- Strong project management skills.
- Must have expertise in building and/or maintaining collaboration sites and/or programs.
- Excellent knowledge around UI/UX.
- SharePoint 2010/2013/2016/2019 - client object model, SharePoint custom coding event handlers/features/content types/timer jobs/webparts, C#.Net Support and Development skills, MVC, REST web services, jQuery, JSON, Html, CSS, and PowerShell.
- Support and develop custom lists, sites, and document libraries, understanding taxonomy and SharePoint branding customization.
- Develop SharePoint 2013 app model, Support and Development environment configuration.
- Support and Develop SharePoint workflows used in various business processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans and implementation plans.
- Hands-on experience with writing SQL Server stored procedures and functions using T-SQL.
- Expertise in Visual Studio, Visual SourceSafe and the .Net Framework.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to the overall team from Onshore.
- Manage the development and implementation of robust web services using ASP.NET Core 6 and Rest APIs.
- Drive code reviews, enforce standards and best practices for application support and maintenance.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
- Assist in hiring and onboarding new technical staff.
- Following best practice secure coding guidelines, such as OWASP, the team s coding standards
- Remediate bugs, defects, and functional non-conformities in custom developed application software, currently used within the customer scope of applications (Legacy Applications)
- Implement change requests for small to medium functional modifications or enhancements to Legacy Applications
- Remediate new and existing errors and inconsistencies with data stored in underlying data repositories linked to Legacy Applications
- Execute patches and proactive remediation for Legacy Applications, including.
- The candidate will be responsible for driving developing automation tools as required for continuous improvement and efficiency building.
- Working directly with end users to create effective solutions.
- Working on cloud capabilities including monitoring, software updating, and management of product line
- Automating many back-office functions related to technology and services.
- Attend daily and weekly meetings with Offshore and other stakeholders.
