As part of its continued growth, it is now looking to expand and seek outside capital, and as a result, it is looking to hire a Head of Investor Relations for the team.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with institutional investors across North AmericaAlong with the other founders, help curate the story and message for prospective investorsArrange introductory and follow-up calls and / or meetings with prospective investorsMaintain a thorough understanding of the marketplace and competitive landscape and successfully communicate to prospective investorsMaintain relationships with existing investors and answer any queries they may haveAlong with other members of the team, create relevant marketing materials from scratch for upcoming and future fundraisesAttend relevant conferences and other industry eventsHelp to set up relevant data rooms and be responsible for producing RFPs, DDQs, etc.QualificationsMinimum of 7 years of experience with a similar investment manager or placement agentTrack record of fundraising from North American investorsExcellent written and communication skillsThe ideal candidate will have experience raising for real estate debt products or either real estate / creditProven track record in building and managing client relationships in the private funds spaceDegree educated, preferably within finance, business, or a related fieldSeniority level DirectorEmployment type Full-timeIndustries Investment Management and Venture Capital and Private Equity Principals#J-18808-Ljbffr
