Role Overview
The Pricing Analyst ensures data accuracy and consistency within the organization’s ERP system. This position is responsible for keeping all pricing and product attributes current and aligned with business objectives and market demands. The role involves auditing, validating, and updating data to support accurate decision-making and smooth operations. The analyst collaborates with various departments to resolve discrepancies and improve system efficiency. A minimum of one year of experience in wholesale PVF distribution is required.
Responsibilities
- Audits and validates pricing and product attribute data within the ERP system to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Updates and maintains the ERP system with current pricing and product information, reflecting market changes and business requirements.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to align data with business needs.
- Identifies and resolves data input and output discrepancies to support smooth operational workflows.
- Develops and maintains tools, reports, and dashboards to monitor data congruency and highlight areas for improvement.
- Conducts periodic reviews and updates of historical pricing and product data to maintain a robust and accurate database.
- Supports the implementation of pricing strategies and product adjustments in the ERP system as directed by management.
- Performs additional duties as assigned or required.
