Senior/Principle Recruitment Consultant

I have an exciting opportunity for a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant to join the business in this exciting period of growth!

I am looking for a Senior Consultant to join our dynamic and fast paced team in our New York office!

You will be an experienced Tech Recruiter with a proven billing track record of $250,000 per annum. You will be experienced in bringing in new business and developing and building new client relationships.

What will your day look like?

• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs
• Research, build and manage a client base in the USA
• Source, engage and recruit top tier talent into technical roles
• Conduct a thorough screening and interview process to assess candidates skills and attributes
• Provide a positive client and candidate experience throughout
• Undertaking the full 360 process, including finding and winning new business
• Manage the offer and interview stages with candidate and client
• Provide a consultative approach as an expert in your field
• Assist other team members as and when needed

Job Requirements

• Worked within a Tech Recruitment role
• Experienced in business development
• Experienced in dealing with the full 360 recruitment life cycle
• You are highly motivated and driven
• You are a confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Demonstrated success in winning new business
• Driven & ambitious
