Location : Brooklyn (Hybrid / 4 days on-site)
Compensation : $160,000 - $200,000 equity
Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of a dynamic web application, shaping its architecture and technology stack.
- Work closely with co-founders to align technical solutions with strategic business objectives.
- Play a key role in defining the product roadmap and contributing to overall business strategy.
- Ensure applications scale effectively and deliver high performance as user demand increases.
- Solve complex technical challenges, including migrating offline / internal software to a web-based platform and integrating third-party services.
- Mentor and potentially hire junior engineers, building a high-performing team as the company grows.
