Ventus Solutions is seeking a 3-M Coordinato r to join our exciting team. This near-term opportunity is ideal for a program manager with past experience working with naval ships and systems integration expertise. Additional responsibilities include analyzing and generating solutions to complex problems, as they relate to the function of the naval ship and their operations. The ideal candidate will have experience interfacing with multiple project management personnel to support creating and implementing complex systems that involve personnel, materials, machinery and equipment. The selected candidate will track and manage preventive maintenance schedules, corrective maintenance actions and equipment readiness.
Work Location : Mayport, FL
Start date : August 2025
Required Experience
- 12 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with naval shipboard experience and working expertise in ship maintenance.
- Experience monitoring ship's 3M health through data mining techniques and PMS completion data.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Design.(or 22 years of experience in lieu of a degree)
- Secret Clearance
