Ventus Solutions is looking for a talented Junior Technical Program Analyst to contribute to a cutting-edge program. The ideal candidate will assist the Program Manager with the management and oversight of program objectives. The successful candidate will be involved in coordinating conferences, demonstrations, expositions, events, meetings, and technical reviews. Additionally, this person will maintain briefings and assist in coordinating input for data calls, such as budget exhibit submissions and congressional requests. The ideal candidate will be well-rounded and skilled in multitasking within a managerial work environment, ensuring the effective execution of programs such as task planning sheets, mission model canvases, quad sheets, fact sheets, and portfolio review slides. The successful candidate will assist in the development of databases for technical and programmatic tracking of key deliverables and milestones . Work Location: Remote
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (a Master’s degree can be substituted for two years of experience)
- Five years of experience in engineering, mathematics, or science, including biology, chemistry, computer science, and physics
- Experience in federal acquisition and budgeting
- Proficiency in executing and reviewing technical studies, analysis, and design activities
- Active Secret DoD Clearance
Desired Experience:
- Experience with DoD Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) program/budget exhibits and RDT&E strategic plans.
