Ventus Executive Solutions (VES) is seeking a skilled Tech SETA to support an innovative program office. The ideal candidate will be working with a new classified space program, other classified/unclassified efforts in a diverse portfolio, and an unclassified consortium building effort. The ideal candidate will be the primary technical point of contact on an agency-leading consortium effort for lunar interoperability and experimentation standards. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact on a fast-moving classified technical program that will include creating technical homework assignments every two weeks for contractor companies, analyzing previous homework inputs, deriving technical frameworks, coordinating across points of contact at multiple government agencies, and travel at least once a month. Required Experience
- Previous working experience on Top Secret/Special Access Program (TS/SAP)
- Coding knowledge and technical ability to perform rough physics-based order of magnitude simulations, and independent technical research to support rapid integration of new program pitches
- 5-7 years of experience and recent experience working in space domain
- Maintain exceptional organization while operating at high speed
- Adaptable and resilience with proven success in a dynamic environment
- Strong executor who can work both in teams and independently to complete project on time
- Strong interpersonal skills such as communication with ability to influence all level within the industry and government
- Natural leader, able to lead change rather than following it
- Proactive problem-solver who can pivot and balance shifting and/or competing priorities
- TS/SCI clearance on day one and be clearable to the SAP level
Desired Experience
o Closely related fields will be considered but please provide some background information on how that experience might relate to technical work in the above areas.
- Technical knowledge of problems unique to cislunar space domain
- Previous DARPA new start development experience
- 5-7 years’ experience in any two of the following fields:
