We are seeking Dispensary Sales Associates that are focused on delivering a memorable buying experience for our customers and providing top notch customer service. The Dispensary Sales Associate will effectively communicate product information, make appropriate recommendations, and fully support the customer throughout the buying process. Ideal candidates must be 21 or older, reliable, timely, trustworthy, and professional. A passion for cannabis is a must, as is the desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a team dedicated to delivering an unparalleled customer experience.

Our associates are required to work irregular hours that include weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Strict adherence to Venu policies and protocols as well as all Connecticut Regulations related to the sale of cannabis
• Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, interactive, and socially aware
• Maintain ongoing product knowledge of all inventory with the ability to effectively provide recommendations based on the customer’s needs.
• Assist customers in utilizing store technology
• Create and build relationships with customers while representing Venu culture and values
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Professionally respond to and manage customers inquiries or complaints
• Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
• Process sales transactions from start to finish
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Actively participate and manage store inventory and restocking
• Other duties as assigned by management
• Be able to work with minimal supervision after being hired.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Demonstrate initiative and ability to self-start projects.
• Apply critical thinking skills to solve problems and develop innovative ideas.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
