Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service for Scooterbug Reservations and VENU Arcades
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers on planning and booking reservations
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats, ensuring timely responses
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, striving to exceed their expectations
- Collaborate with other internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information
- Document all customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding matters
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance the customer experience
