WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Are you a skilled Maintenance Repair Contractor looking for an exciting opportunity in the entertainment industry? Look no further! At VENU we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team. As a maintenance repair contractor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of company equipment to theme parks, zoos, casinos, and other venues. This is a dynamic Independent Contractor opportunity with flexibility to showcase your expertise and work in a fun environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on various equipment including, but not limited to, strollers, wheelchairs, ECV's, lockers and Arcade games
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Exhibits skillful use of all types of tools, both power and hand, used in equipment repair
- Create, update, and maintain maintenance logs and documentation
- Adhere to all safety regulations and industry standards during all repair and maintenance activities
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards and implement preventive maintenance measures
Qualifications
Requirements
- 3 years of proven experience as a maintenance repair contractor in a similar industry
- Mechanically inclined with specialized knowledge of fleet mobility services a plus
- Detail-oriented and ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and on call
- Provides own tools and equipment
