WHAT YOU'LL DO: Are you passionate about photography and the entertainment industry? We are looking for a friendly and talented Retail Photo Host to join our team. As a Retail Photo Host, you will have the opportunity to work in a fun and fast-paced environment, ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience while capturing their special moments. Responsibilities
- Exceptional customer service while greeting all guests with a smile
- Operate a camera and take photos of guests at the entertainment venue
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace and report any issues with equipment in a timely manner
- Operate a point of sale while maintaining adequate change denominations, reconcile cash drawers, sales receipts and returns
- Cross-selling and upselling products with the ability to remain team orientated and meet sales goals
- Staying up to date on promotions and product information
Qualifications
Requirements
- Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as cameras, iPad, point-of-sale systems, and basic PC knowledge
- Professional customer satisfaction-oriented while maintaining an energetic and positive attitude
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Excellent communication with strong math and time management skills
- Open to being cross-trained, either as a Cashier or Photographer
- Flexible schedule/open availability especially over the weekends
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
