THE JOB :
We're seeking enthusiastic individuals who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service in an arcade setting. You'll be at the heart of our arcade, responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring a seamless gaming experience. You'll be supporting the Arcade Manager, leading a team of enthusiastic staff members, and maintaining our wide array of arcade games.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- You're a people person! Hire, train, and motivate our seasonal staff to provide top-notch customer service.
- Test all the games! Play each game to identify any issues and make quick repairs to keep the excitement flowing.
- Be a financial whiz! Review budgets and manage inventory to ensure we're running smoothly and efficiently.
- Stay organized! Create schedules and manage staffing to ensure we're always at our best for our guests.
- Keep it clean! Maintain equipment cleanliness and sanitation daily to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests.
- Be the shopping champ! Order plush toys, hard goods, and parts with the approval of the Regional Manager.
